HOW I DID IT

For the majority of my life I was overweight which caused me to be self conscious. That was until one day I decided to do something about it. After I lost weight I decided to learn more about fitness and nutrition so I could keep the weight off for good. Which inspired me; to show people that they do not need steroids, surgery, or shortcuts to obtain a body they can be proud of.
